What You'll Learn

Our approach encourages action. You’ll walk away not only with new techniques, but with a deeper understanding of how and why they work.

Home office desk with a laptop, an external monitor, a mouse on a brown mouse pad, a potted plant, a white bottle, a desk lamp, and a wooden planter with a green plant, in a bright room.

Course 01

Identity & Delegation

Transition from a high-performing "Doer" to a strategic leader by identifying the tactical tasks holding you back from high-level impact. Empower your team to own the execution while you maintain ultimate accountability for the result.

A tidy workspace with a laptop displaying a document, a smartphone, a black water bottle, and a green potted plant on a wooden desk near a window with yellow curtains. Outside the window, rooftops and a church tower are visible under a clear blue sky.

Course 02

Effective Feedback

Transition from a high-performing "Doer" to a strategic leader by identifying the tactical tasks holding you back from high-level impact. Empower your team to own the execution while you maintain ultimate accountability for the result.

An organized office desk with a MacBook, desktop monitor, and potted plants near a large window with a view of trees.

Course 03

Conflict Management

Transform conflict from a source of anxiety into a tool for growth by addressing friction points long before they escalate into departmental crises. This framework provides the specific scripts and confidence needed to navigate difficult conversations with professional composure.

A modern workspace with a wooden desk, a white chair with wooden legs, a laptop, a camera, a mouse, a black speaker, a framed poster with bold black text reading 'GET SHIT DONE,' a black desk lamp, a decorative white spherical lamp, a small potted plant, and two wooden boxes. The background includes a plain white wall.

Course 04

Strategic Productivity

Eliminate tactical clutter and protect work blocks required for strategic leadership. Reclaim your focus so you can spend your time architecting the future of your team rather than firefighting the present.

A wooden desk with a white coffee mug filled with black coffee, an open laptop, a notepad with handwritten notes, a pen, a smartphone, and a gray mug on a stand, with a window in the background.

Course 05

Coaching Frameworks

Shift your role from "Chief Problem Solver" to "Strategic Coach" by equipping your team members to find their own solutions. Develop the questioning frameworks required to build a self-sufficient team that no longer relies on you for every tactical decision.

A home office with a desk near a large window, a laptop, potted plants, a mug, and office supplies. There are bookshelves with books, plants, a framed photo, and a basketball, with sunlight streaming in.

Course 06

Accountability

Eliminate "dropped balls" by creating a high-performance culture where commitments are clear, documented, and consistently met. Learn how to secure radical ownership from every team member so that success is a shared responsibility rather than a leader’s burden.

Home office desk setup with iMac displaying 'DO MORE,' glass of water, keyboard, speakers, and shelving unit with plant and books near a window.

Course 07

Team Performance

Diagnose exactly why a team member is struggling and adjust your leadership style accordingly. This ensures you provide the precise level of support to maximize every individual’s potential.

A tidy desk setup with a MacBook Pro on a curved wooden stand, a white wireless keyboard, a white Apple Magic Mouse on a green mat, a white ceramic mug on a coaster, a potted plant with green leaves, a vintage camera, and a small wooden box with keys, all on a wooden desk against a white wall.

Course 08

EQ & Logic

Develop the Emotional Intelligence required to maintain executive composure under high-pressure scenarios and organizational stress. By balancing empathy with objective logic, you become the stable anchor your team needs during times of uncertainty or rapid change.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Each chapter requires approximately 90 minutes, split between 20–30 minutes of strategic audio guidance and a dedicated implementation phase. You aren't "studying"; you are leading—using fillable worksheets to solve real-time problems on your team. While it takes time to exercise these new leadership muscles initially, the frameworks are built into your daily routine to save you hours of firefighting in the very near term.

  • We are committed to a seamless experience so you can stay focused on your growth. If you encounter any issues with the platform, or have a specific question about the content, please reach out to us at klichliter@choosetoleadllc.com. Our team typically responds within 24 hours to ensure your momentum remains uninterrupted.

  • While this course is entirely self-paced, my strong recommendation is to complete one chapter per week. This intentional tempo allows the information to move from your head to your hands. True leadership isn't found in a video; it’s found in the practice. Giving yourself seven days between chapters ensures you have the space to actually apply these skills in the real world before layering on the next concept.

  • If you find that you need a strategic partner to navigate complex organizational issues, I am here. I offer specific Coaching Packages designed to support you alongside this curriculum or after you graduate. You will find those details below.

  • Absolutely. If you find yourself wanting to go deeper or if you are navigating a unique challenge that doesn't quite fit the framework, don't hesitate to reach out for a quick answer. While my coaching packages are for deep, sustained work, I am always happy to provide a "gut check" or a new perspective on a specific hurdle you're facing. You can contact me directly at klichliter@choosetoleadllc.com.

  • The enrollment is currently for individual use to protect the integrity of the coaching experience. However, we love seeing "Big Ideas" scale. If you are interested in Enterprise Licensing or a team-wide workshop, please contact us at klichliter@choosetoleadllc.com for a custom proposal.
